  Automated Email Signing

Sign your outgoing emails and/or attachments on the server

You can automatically sign your emails and/or attachments as they leave your organizations so that they can be authenticated as genuine by your recipients.

Our Secure eMail Server (SES) can create standard S/MIME signatures and even sign attachments using standard PDF, XML or PKCS#7 signatures. Full flexibility is provided for defining your PDF signature appearances. Long-term signatures with embedded timestamps and revocation information are also supported.

A flexible filter is provided, based on specific key words, allowing you to define which emails or attachments get signed on the server. As the signing is done on the server, the benefit is that there is no need to deploy cryptographic keys to your email users or educate them on how to sign emails. Recipients can also automatically have their signed emails verified for them, using the Secure Email Server see here for more details.

The following demo provides a basic example of PDF email attachment signing. Simply fill in the form, attach a PDF and before you know it you will receive an email from info@globaltrustfinder.com, which will include your PDF signed by our server.

Fill in the following form to receive an automated signed email from us:
Your email address: (ensure its correct as we will send email to this address!)

File Path:

Notes
Server-side signing uses a very flexible Signing API to create exactly the type of signatures you need from your applications. All the hassle of creating signatures, managing keys and ensuring highest levels of security is removed.
In this demo we sign only PDF document. Ensure they are not encrypted or already signed. In the Secure eMail Server you can request signing of the actual email, or any type of attachment. You can set-up multiple filters to match specific emails and then define the exact type of signature to apply. You can even specify additional workflow e.g. archiving of the email or sending a CC to an administrator etc.
We have chosen a signature position for you which signs in the centre of the page, when signing a real document you can select to sign anywhere on the page using pre-configured signing profiles. The size of the signature field is also configurable as is the items to show within the signature appearance, to see a range of signature appearances, which can be created. You can also sign specific page numbers or multiple signatures in one go.
In case you are uploading your own file, in this demo we restrict the file size to 500KB and documents having 50 pages or less.
The ADSS server can support an unlimited number of users and store many cryptographic keys in a database or Hardware Security Module (HSM).
